About Suzan Pecyna

Suzan Pecyna was born in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1967. She studied a Masters Degree with Honours at Aberdeen University. 

Since her first communications role in 1989 (industrial editor for a chain of department stores in the UK), Suzan has owned an advertising agency, worked as a consultant and travelled extensively on business in Europe, the Middle East and the USA.

After a stimulating project in the Group CIO office in Shell, followed by several months of travel to BP European sites for the European Desktop Transformation project Suzan commuted from The Hague to London for the Advanced Collaborative Environments project for BP.

 

She then relocated to the Netherlands to undertake a series of change management projects in Amsterdam, The Hague and Eindhoven.

In addition to madison ifm’s core business of change management and engagement, Suzan is a lecturer, guest speaker and mentor.

Suzan is married to Laurie and has one child, a son named Brandon.
